Meet the Inspirec Team


Amy Richardson

Director

Amy graduated from Southampton University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Laws. After teaching drama and media studies at secondary school for one year, Amy joined the SThree group in 2005 where she was recruited as a trainee recruitment consultant for the Netherlands Division.

Whilst at SThree Amy proved her recruitment success across a number of different specialties, including ICT, Pharmaceuticals and most recently as the Business Leader of Oil and Gas for the Former Soviet Union and Caspian Region.

Amy relocated to New Zealand in 2009 to establish Inspirec after identifying an opportunity to provide specialist services to the oil and gas, engineering and energy sectors in Taranaki.

In her spare time Amy enjoys horse riding, skiing, travel and keeping fit. Amy ran the London marathon in 2009 and raised over £2500 for Children’s Hospices UK. Amy is the President of the Taranaki Young Professionals network and is passionate about future growth opportunities within the region.

Aidan Stoate

Director

After completing a Bachelors degree in Cultural Studies at Sheffield Hallam University in 2005, Aidan joined the SThree group as a trainee recruitment consultant for the Yorkshire & North-East England IT Division.

Whilst at SThree Aidan proved his recruitment success across a number of different specialties, including ICT and Senior Appointments (where he was the highest performing regional consultant in 2007/2008), and most recently as the Team Leader of the Subsurface market for Progressive Oil & Gas in South-East Asia, where Aidan was selected as the delegate of representation at the International Petroleum Association conference in Jakarta.

Aidan relocated to New Zealand in 2009 to establish Inspirec after identifying an opportunity to provide specialist services to the developing oil and gas, engineering and energy sectors in New Zealand. He currently manages recruitment across the civil & structural disciplines, supporting a variety of specialist consultancies and multi-disciplinary engineering firms.

In his spare time, Aidan enjoys travelling and experiencing different cultures. He is a keen fan of live music and events, and enjoys professional and social networking. Aidan is a member of the Taranaki Chamber of Commerce and the Young Professionals network.

Daniel Budd

Principal Consultant

Daniel graduated from The Open University in 2008 with a BA in Business. During his studies, whilst living in France, Daniel operated a small, yet successful champagne import/export business which funded his degree. Daniel joined the Sthree group in 2008 where he was recruited as a trainee recruitment consultant for the London Oil and Gas Division.

Whilst at SThree Daniel became a market expert in Nordic Oil and Gas, operating in several areas of the industry. Following his stint at Sthree Daniel joined Spencer Ogden Limited, to help manage their Renewables Division. During his time with the group the team grew exponentially and experienced positive market growth.

Daniel joined Inspirec in January 2011 to work within the civil and ground engineering markets, identifying an opportunity to provide specialist services to engineering consultants throughout Taranaki and New Zealand.

In his spare time Daniel enjoys rugby, cricket, skiing, water sports and travel. He is an enthusiast of food and fine wine, particularly from the Martinborough and Otago regions. Daniel is also a member of the Taranaki Young Professionals network.
