The ideal applicant will have a proven track record in leading technical teams, in addition to industry experience in refinery process engineering. You must be passionate about influencing change, have a flexible approach to your work and clients, and demonstrate excellent client relationship and partnering skills.

You will require a high level of technical expertise particularly in front-end engineering and conceptual design as well as a good understanding of commercial and industry drivers.
