Energy Manager – North Island, New Zealand An exciting new Energy Management position has become available within a leading local authority in the North Island, New Zealand. The organisation is currently seeking an experienced manager who can provide leadership on energy conservation, cost and consumption reduction, whilst implementing strategies across various business units that will promote energy efficiency and best practice. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships internally by liasing with service managers to implement energy improvements on a cross functional basis. You will also lead the implementation of energy strategies and policies to ensure the optimization of energy efficiencies and subsequent cost reductions. You will have previous management experience, and high level energy industry knowledge, with particular expertise in the following areas: - In depth knowledge of process/control/operation of energy management This role will offer the successful applicant an opportunity to significantly influence and impact energy issues across the entire organisation.
