An excellent opportunity for a process engineer has arisen within a rapidly evolving consultancy in the Taranaki region.

As part of a dynamic team of project managers, engineers and designers, as process engineer you will be responsible for designing, installing and commissioning new production units, monitoring modifications and upgrades, and troubleshooting existing processes, as well as applying the principles of mass, momentum and heat transfer to process and equipment design, including conceptual, scheme and detail design.

You will be experienced in working closely with chemical engineers to monitor and improve the efficiency, output and safety of a plant in addition to having the ability to assess the availability of raw materials and the safety and environmental impact of the plant.

It will be important for you to demonstrate competencies such as self-management, flexibility and adaptability. The organization encourages personal development and cross-cultivation of technical skills.
